Havelock Road Bromley Loft Conversion
Our clients based in Bromley called us from our website contact form. We met with the couple shortly after to discuss their requirements for a new loft conversion.
After the quote was agreed. We instructed our architect to then draw up a draft copy of the drawings for the loft.
Next we supplied the party wall agreement which the client has to get signed by the neighbours they are adjoined to.
Scaffolding was then erected on the property by our expert team ready for the build to commence.
We built an L Shaped Dormer with a plain tile finish consisting of 1 bedroom to the front dormer and 1 separate bathroom. The customer opted for plastic Velux windows and also requested a landing dome sky light on the loft stair well.
The Roof was made good with existing tiles as the condition was already reasonable thus saving them a whole new roof. UPVC Fascia’s and guttering were fitted to the dormers.
New fire regulation doors were fitted along with wired smoke alarms.
Pine staircase was fitted by us as standard (we do not use cheap MDF wood)
14 Spotlights were fitted to the loft and bathroom area as well as 4 double electrical sockets and 1 extractor fan.
All rooms, walls, ceilings and staircase were plastered by our expert team.
The customer also instructed us to fit a sliding door into their dining room to match the existing black doors.
