Hill View BR7 Bungalow Loft Conversion

This stunning loft conversion was built and designed by Smiths of Bromley for a customer in Hill View in Chislehurst. We converted the bungalow into a top floor hip to gable with rear dormer conversion giving extra space to the property and another 2 bedrooms with en suite.

Pine Staircase	Double Wind Staircase with pine strings, posts, square newels, square spindles, treads and handrail set to existing landing size
Plumbing	2 Radiator, 1^st & 2^nd Fix Plumbing and Fitting of Ensuite
Electrical	1^st & 2^nd Fix, Two lights to front storage area, 2 smoke detectors, 4 double sockets to be fitted per room where client decides and extractor fan
Plastering	Plastering of new loft space, first floor ceiling and Landing
Lighting	16 Lighting Points were fitted to the new ceiling and Light Switches will be fitted to the bottom and top of the stairs as well as every new room
Scaffolding	Included as necessary
Loft Space Accessibility	To the front roof for steels and timber
