Our customer based in Chislehurst BR7 wanted to extend their loft to create another bedroom. We met with the customer at their home in BR7 to discuss their ideas for extending their property into their loft. After doing a site survey we suggested that a Hip to Gable loft conversion with Dormer and Bathroom ensuite would suit the loft space best. They also wanted to make us of space at the top of the stairs and turn it into a small walk in wardrobe.
We began work on the conversion and these are the results. The build took around 8 weeks to complete start to finish.
