Loft Conversion in Eltham SE9

Our customer based in Eltham contacted us after being recommended from a previous loft conversion we had done for a friend of theirs. We arranged to meet with the couple that week to discuss what we could provide for them regarding a new loft extension.

After our quote was agreed, our architect began to draw up a draft copy of the drawings for the loft conversion.

Our loft/ penthouse created by Smiths has just been signed off.

I couldn’t recommend Terry and his team more. They were recommended to us by a friend and we are so thankful! Professional, polite, efficient. The job started on time and ran ahead of schedule all the way through. We were completed in 7 weeks, which was amazing!

The way the team all fit in together is like a well oiled machine. Terry was always visible throughout the build and we had an amazing Project Manager, Martyn, who also completed all the carpentry. Pine Staircase	Double Wind Staircase with pine strings, posts, square newels, square spindles, treads and handrail set to existing landing size
Plumbing	1 Radiator, 1^st & 2^nd Fix Plumbing and Fitting of Ensuite
Electrical	1^st & 2^nd Fix, Two lights to front storage area, 3 smoke detectors, 4 double sockets to be fitted per room where client decides and extractor fan
Plastering	Plastering of new loft space, first floor ceiling and Landing
