We surveyed this property in West Wickham to discuss a new loft conversion. After completing a site survey we explained that a Hip to Gable conversion with Dormer and Bathroom en-suite would suit the loft space. As there was ample room in the loft the client wanted a partition from the bedroom which behind they could have a walk in wardrobe. We were able to fit a decent sized area with bespoke built in wardrobes, dressing area and shoe space.
A large bathroom was fitted with shower, sink and towel rail. We fitted a sliding door from the bedroom to the bathroom for convenience and space.
The bedroom was fitted with air conditioning which also works to keep the room warm but a stand up radiator was also fitted.
Smiths of Bromley carried out all works including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
We began work on the conversion and these are the amazing results. The build took around 3/4 weeks to complete.
